The more hens we have homes for, the more we can save from slaughter! Please read the Hen FAQs before you apply to adopt hens.

Minimum donation £5 per hen. We will confirm your booking and the time of your appointment by email. What you will need to do once the booking appointment is confirmed:

• Bring your own suitable carriers/crates/ventilated boxes to transport your hens home
• Pay your donation (minimum £5 per hen) cash only
• Sign our adoption sheet
• Take your ladies home!

Only complete the form below if you are 100% sure you can offer a loving forever home to the rescue hens. If you feel you can keep hens after reading these and doing other research, fill out the form below.

What happens after I have filled my form in?

• We will contact you within two weeks of the next rescue date to offer you a collection appointment time
• You must confirm by email that you can collect your hens at the time given within 24 hours of receiving the email
• If you do not reply, we will offer the time to someone else and you may lose out on adopting hens on that date
• If you are on the waiting list, we will email you nearer the time of the rescue day to reconfirm if you still wish to adopt and the above process will be the same
